With nearly a decade of personal training experience, Sarah is especially passionate about a sustainable approach to health and fitness, focusing on enhancing her clients’ relationship with food habits. Her love for running is evident, as she has participated in various events, including local fun runs, half marathons, and long-distance ultra marathons on trails. Nick, also known as Webbos, serves as the studio manager at Evolve Mosman and brings over 15 years of experience in personal training and management. With a background in physical education teaching, he recognizes the significance of effective teaching methods and the importance of understanding how individuals learn. This expertise allows him to assess the intensity level that each client requires to maximize their workout sessions. Nick prioritizes consistency—believing that the key lies in performing small actions correctly and frequently. On Saturday mornings, he conducts an excellent boxing session. Personally, Nick enjoys a good weights workout and can engage in an in-depth discussion about rugby league any day of the week!

Coralie has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and is currently pursuing a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. While some have affectionately dubbed her “the smiling assassin,” she genuinely believes in making exercise accessible and achievable for everyone. Her training philosophy focuses on enhancing quality of life and promoting longevity. Coralie offers extensive insights into plant-based nutrition and has recently completed her first full marathon, alongside several half marathons and the UTA 22km trail race. One of her favorite pieces of advice is, “do something today that your future self will thank you for.”

He truly appreciates the studio’s friendly and easy-going community atmosphere and leads one of the weekly Cross-Train classes. One of Nick’s favorite aspects of being a personal trainer is the opportunity to guide clients on their journey from where they are to where they aspire to be.
