Our team is the strong, beating heart of Evolve Mosman. Each of our trainers bring a unique blend of expertise, passion and genuine care to every session, creating a supportive and encouraging studio environment where our clients can really thrive.


With years of experience across strength training, functional fitness, rehabilitation, and healthy ageing, our trainers are here to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals – no matter your starting point.

Sarah is the owner of Evolve Mosman. With almost a decade of personal training experience, Sarah is particularly passionate about a sustainable approach to health and training, including improving her clients’ relationship with food habits.  With a huge interest in running, Sarah has completed numerous events such as local fun runs, half 

Sarah is the owner of Evolve Mosman. With almost a decade of personal training experience, Sarah is particularly passionate about a sustainable approach to health and training, including improving her clients’ relationship with food habits.  With a huge interest in running, Sarah has completed numerous events such as local fun runs, half marathons and long-distance ultra marathon events on trail.  She describes Evolve Mosman as “a gym for people who don’t like gyms” and encourages you to take that short trip up the stairs to start your fitness journey.

 Nick, or Webbos, is the studio manager at Evolve Mosman, and has over 15 years experience in the personal training and management. With a background in PE teaching, he understands the importance of the ability to teach – and understanding how people learn is a valuable skill. With this experience comes a great ability to determine the in

 Nick, or Webbos, is the studio manager at Evolve Mosman, and has over 15 years experience in the personal training and management. With a background in PE teaching, he understands the importance of the ability to teach – and understanding how people learn is a valuable skill. With this experience comes a great ability to determine the intensity level that a client needs to get the most out of their session. Nick is all about consistency – they key is little things done right, often. He also runs an awesome boxing session on Saturday mornings. Personally, Nick loves a weights workout, and can get into a detailed conversation about rugby league any day of the week!

Meet Coralie.

Coralie has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and is currently studying a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.  While some have described her as “the smiling assassin”, she’s actually a big believer in making exercise accessible and achievable. Her training philosophy centres around training for quality of life and longevity.  C

Coralie has been a personal trainer for over 6 years and is currently studying a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology.  While some have described her as “the smiling assassin”, she’s actually a big believer in making exercise accessible and achievable. Her training philosophy centres around training for quality of life and longevity.  Coralie can give a wealth of information on plant-based nutrition. She’s recently completed her first full marathon, along with half marathons and the UTA 22km trail race.  One of her favourite pieces of advice is “do something today that your future self will thank you for.”

With over 5 years of experience under his belt, he encourages consistency and effort.  Our resident strength and endurance expert, Nick regularly trains for and has competed in numerous half and full Ironman events, triathlons and running even

With over 5 years of experience under his belt, he encourages consistency and effort.  Our resident strength and endurance expert, Nick regularly trains for and has competed in numerous half and full Ironman events, triathlons and running events.  He’s a big fan of the studio’s friendly, easy going, community feel and runs one of the weekly Cross-Train classes.  One of Nick’s favourite things about being a personal trainer is being part of the process that sees a client go from where they were to where they want to be.

Claire believes strongly in a goal-oriented approach to training, and one of the best pieces of health and fitness advice she’s come across is having both short- and long-term goals to aim and strive towards.  She loves helping clients to feel fitter and healthier, and watching them get stronger. Claire has a keen interest in watching all different types of sports and is always up for a game of tennis with friends.

With training specialties in rehabilitation, strength and seniors, Juliana has an educational training style, with a strong focus on technique and answering all the “why” questions.  This extends to understanding her clients’ training motivations too – she encourages them to know their why’s and dig into the deeper meaning behind their go

With training specialties in rehabilitation, strength and seniors, Juliana has an educational training style, with a strong focus on technique and answering all the “why” questions.  This extends to understanding her clients’ training motivations too – she encourages them to know their why’s and dig into the deeper meaning behind their goals.  Juliana is a keen and experienced martial artist and practices Jiu-Jitsu every day.  She particularly enjoys the genuinely caring nature of Evolve Mosman, among trainers and clients, as well as among all the trainers.

As a personal trainer, Ryan loves the connection with clients and is super energised by helping people.  With a focus on versatility, he prides himself on developing the best possible training programs for general purpose athleticism, injury prevention, joint health, and longevity.  Ryan enjoys helping people reach their goals, measure their progress and explain their progression in strength, and finds that the strong community environment at Evolve Mosman is incredibly special.  On the weekend, you’ll find him putting his own strength to the test by way of surfing, biking and mountain hiking.
